Core Courses

The academic aspect of the training program will consist of core graduate courses offered in

  • Computer Science
  • Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Medical Physics
  • Neuroscience

Trainees are expected to take graduate courses from within a number of disciplines and, if possible, at participating schools other than their home school. Because McGill, ÉTS and Sherbrooke are each members of the CREPUQ network, it is straightforward for a trainee at one university to sign up for a course at another and be given academic credit.

The selection of courses taken will be determined by the trainee in collaboration with their academic supervisor and will respect the course requirements of the degree program in which they are registered.
