Participate in this one-day workshop and practice weaving your research into a larger conversation in the field. The morning session will provide an introduction to the use of narrative in scholarly writing and hands-on opportunities to frame a project-in-progress in big picture terms and integrate it into a conversation with other scholars working on similar questions.  In the afternoon session, work with text, figures, equations, and algorithms. In this interactive session, you will collaborate with other students and create a one-page abstract using these elements.  You will draw upon this experience the next time you submit something to a conference.

With thanks to McGill's Graphos and SKILLSETS for making this workshop possible.
