The fourth annual CREATE-MIA Summer School will be held June 1 - June 3 at McGill. The event will begin with a series of workshops on Python, shell scripting, and Git/GitHub by Software Carpentry. Building on the skills learned or refined in these workshops, trainees will solve a medical imaging problem related to histology/IHC analysis devised by CREATE-MIA's newest industrial partner, Clemex, in conjunction with Prof. Amir Shmuel, this year's summer school organizer.
IMPORTANT: Please check your email for pre-summer-school setup instructions! These setup steps must be followed before the start of the first session.
Please note that details will be added to this page as they become available.
