About CREATE-MIA

The CREATE-MIA program has a limited number of spots for trainees at the undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral levels.  Qualified students may receive stipend support while they are participating in the program. Students who are qualified to participate in the program but who are not eligible to receive support from CREATE-MIA are nevertheless very strongly encouraged to apply.

NOTE: Applicants must be eligible to work in Québec. International students should refer to McGill International Student Services pages on Work and the Co-op/Internship Work Permit, the ÉTS page Stage et Travail, or the Université de Sherbrooke page Emplois étudiants for further information about obtaining a Co-op/Internship work permit.

Undergraduate students can apply to CREATE-MIA when they are in the last two years of their undergraduate program, but before graduating. They must have already contacted the CREATE-MIA program faculty member they wish to do research with and have their approval to apply.
