I am a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Maxime Descoteaux at the University of Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Lab (SCIL) and Professor Louis Collins from McGill University. My B.Sc. was in image/signal processing, a branch of Computer Science, at the University of Sherbrooke. My project is on automatic segmentation of white matter bundles, applications range from neurosurgical planning to large cohort for clinical trial.
